Deadline for Accommodation Bookings - 1 October 2008
The Secretariat has an obligation to return all unsold rooms to the hotels/apartments on 2 October 2008, therefore accommodation bookings and rates reserved after that date cannot be guaranteed.

No accommodation deposits will be refunded after 2 July 2007.
Early Arrival
As check in at the Conference hotels/apartments is not until 2.00pm it is possible that your room may not be ready for immediate occupation on early arrival. Whilst hotels will do everything possible to accommodate early arrivals, if you wish to be guaranteed immediate occupation you can pay an extra day's tariff for the night prior.
Change of Booking
Any changes to your booking must be made in writing to enquiries@traumamelbourne.com.au and NOT directly with the hotel. A fee of AU$25 per change will be applicable.
No-Shows
Delegates who confirm attendance and provide credit card details but do not
advise of cancellation by 1 October 2008 will incur charges for the 'no-show'
rate imposed by the hotel.
