Sponsorship and Exhibition
The Organising Committee of Trauma Melbourne 2008 (TM 2008) invites you to
participate in this exciting health professional forum to be held on the 21
- 22 November 2008, at the Sofitel Hotel in Melbourne, Victoria Australia.
A Workshop and Education Program is also being developed for the 20 November
2008, i.e. the day preceding the Conference.
This two day Conference plus Workshop will focus on trauma and injury management, drawing expertise from the medical and scientific communities predominately within Australia and New Zealand. It is designed for physicians, nurses, paramedics, allied health professionals, scientists, postdoctoral fellows, residents and graduate students, with an expected 250 - 350 participants in attendance.
Trauma Melbourne 2008 is an initiative of the National Trauma Research Institute (NTRI) and Victorian Neurotrauma Initiative (VNI), and brings together health professionals and research staff into a multidisciplinary forum. TM2008 will give you the unique opportunity to interact one on one with these influential professionals, and to promote your most important services, products and latest developments. In addition, this experience will help you strengthen partnerships with existing customers, build new relationships with junior staff, and increase your company profile in the trauma community.
TM2008 will allow you to lay the foundations for our planned future trauma forums in 2009 and 2010. The Trauma Melbourne 2009 meeting will also be held in Melbourne in November, and will be followed by the international Trauma Summit 2010 (TS2010) in September 2010, at the new Melbourne Exhibition and Convention Centre. TS2010 will be the first and largest meeting of its kind in Australia, and will showcase national trauma research and clinical advances, delivered within an international Conference on trauma research and clinical management of Australia and New Zealand.
The four day TS2010 will attract expertise from the medical and scientific communities across Australia and New Zealand as well as internationally, with 500-750 national and international participants expected to attend. TS2010 will be co-hosted by the National Trauma Research Institute, along with its organising partners which include the Australasian Trauma Society and the Royal Australian College of Nursing. It is the first of its kind for trauma in Australia, bringing together health professionals and research staff into a truly multidisciplinary forum.
We recognise the importance of your participation in TM2008, and have designed several different package options and promotional opportunities for you to consider. You may elect to be an Exhibitor, or to increase your involvement in the meeting as a Sponsor. Different sponsorship levels are available, each offering unique benefits for your organisation.
Trauma Melbourne 2008 will be an innovative, exciting and memorable meeting, and we look forward to you joining us in Melbourne!
Remember to register early for TM2008, or alternatively lodge an early expression of interest for 2009 and/or 2010, to avoid any disappointment.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
Sincerely,
Organising Committee
